THE BEGINNING OF OUR HISTORY
Giordano, coming from the engineering sector, was often engaged abroad for long periods of time. In 2009 he was about to leave his job to embark on a new path and learn the techniques and skills necessary to open a Microbrewery. At the same time, Sergio still busy with his work, also taken by the same enthusiasm, took care of and carried out the paperwork. The final choice was to buy a 5HL plant and 4 10Hl fermenters from the friends of the Impiantinox company. While the plant was being built, Giordano under the guidance of the expert Brewer Roberto Favaretto was able to learn the fundamental techniques for brewing at current levels.
